Transportation
The Blackwell offers complimentary pre-arranged airport transportation (based on availability) to and from Port Columbus International Airport for hotel guests.
The airport transportation is limited to groups of 7 people due to the size of the hotel's van. When you call to arrange transportation, you will be confirmed or given the option to wait for the next shuttle or to take a cab at your own expense (average rate $25.00 per person).
The schedule for the Van will run every hour and a half for both pick-ups and drop-offs with a 5-minute window of wait time at the airport and at the hotel.
- Operating times will be from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Airline, Flight number, and arrival time will still be required at least 48 hours in advance for scheduling purposes.

Guests who have not scheduled transportation within 48-hours and are not able to be picked up, will be responsible for providing their own transportation.
*Please note, any special requests that deviate from the schedule will be subject to availability. Groups of 3 or more will be required to make arrangements for transportation by contacting us toll free at (866) 247-4003, ask to speak with our Concierge for transportation arrangements.
