Monday February 1

  • Bermuda Vegetable Medley
  • Buttered Egg Noodles
  • Pork Cutlets stuffed with fig, apricot, bacon served with cardamon apple butter and fennel sauerkraut
  • Roasted Chicken thighs with balsamic glaze over cici beans, roasted vegetable and truffle cream sauce
  • Soup: Cream of Potato with Bacon and Kale

Tuesday February 2

  • Green beans, red onion and sweet bell peppers
  • Roasted Yukon Potatoes
  • Roasted duck pasta wit chorizo sausage, duck demi glaze
  • Yogurt marinated garlic chicken, herb crusted with Mediterranean olives and sauteed onions
  • Soup: Greek Lemon Chicken with Egg Ribbons 

 

Wednesday February 3

  • Caramelized root vegetables and green beans
  • Mixed grain and rice pilaf with cous cous
  • Southwest spiced tilapia with black beans and a jalapeno cream sauce
  • Salt roasted chicken breast with rosemary chicken jus, spinach and red peppers
  • Soup: Beef and Bean Chili

 

Thursday February 4

  • Roasted sweet corn succotash
  • Four cheese macaroni au gratin
  • Traditional Home style meatloaf with smokey ketchup and crispy onion
  • Grilled salmon with chevre cheese, tomato coulis and mixed olives
  • Soup: French Onion

 

Friday February 5

  • Broccoli, carrots and mixed bell peppers
  • Buttered cavatappi pasta with parsley
  • Monterrey style chicken sliders on wheat rolls with spicy aioli and pepper jack cheese
  • Beef bourguignonne with onions, button mushrooms, tomatoes and heirloom carrots
  • Soup: Creamy Shrimp and Lobster Corn Chowder**
