Monday February 8

  • Baked pasta with two cheese and roasted vegetables
  • Southwest chicken breast with black bean corn salsa, poblano cream sauce and pepper jack cheese
  • Pretzel crumb crusted Atlantic cod over julienne vegetables and Chablis lemon butter
  • Soup: Steak and Ale Chowder with Potatoes

Tuesday February 9

  • Winter vegetable medley
  • White truffle with green peas, chopped bacon and tomatoes
  •  Pesto three cheese stuffed pasta shells with artichoke cream, spinach and asparagus*
  • Sage rubbed oven roasted chicken breast with mixed mushroom ragout and marsala sauce

  • Buttered egg noodles with parsley and thyme
  • Israeli falafel over grilled pita with sweet onion, roasted bell peppers and tahini sauce
  • Grilled beef sirloin with onion balsamic glaze, cremini mushrooms, tomatoes and greens
  • Soup: Chicken Noodle

Friday February 12

  • Mixed grains with toasted barley and tri color quinoa
  • Crab and shrimp stuffed sole over julienne vegetables and caper tarragon cream sauce**
  • Chicken breast Francese, egg battered and seared with a lemon-caper butter sauce
