| Position Description: | Position: AM/PM Guest Services Representative Company: The Blackwell Inn Location: At Fisher College of Business 2110 Tuttle Park Place Columbus, Ohio 43210 Contact Name: Nicole Cibella, Guest Services Manager Email Only Please: cibella.2@osu.edu Hours: 7am – 3pm and/or 3pm-11pm (8 Hour Shifts) Days: Monday through Friday, some weekends, and some home football games Pay: $8.50 per hour plus tips Duration: Student employment through graduation Summary of Job Responsibilities: Tasks include checking-in and checking-out guests, guest interaction and assistance, receiving/directing incoming phone calls, making guest reservations, providing directions, suggesting points of interest in Columbus, driving hotel transportation if needed (valid driver's license is required). Previous hotel Front Office supervision experience preferred. Must have weekday/weekend availability between 7am and 3pm or 3pm and 11pm (some split shifts available), and must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week. | |
