| Position Description: | Position: 3rd Shift Night Auditor/Bellman Company: The Blackwell Inn Location: At Fisher College of Business 2110 Tuttle Park Place Columbus, Ohio 43210 Contact Name: Nicole Cibella, Guest Services Manager Email Only Please: cibella.2@osu.edu Hours: 11pm – 7am (8 hour shifts) Days: Monday thru Friday, plus weekends Pay: $9.25 per hour plus tips Duration: Student employment (only) through graduation Summary of Job Responsibilities: Responsible for processing hotel night audit system. Night audit system includes Accounting, preparing hotel for the following day. Other duties include checking-in and checking-out guests, guest interaction and assistance, receiving/directing incoming phone calls, making guest reservations, providing directions, suggesting points of interest in Columbus, driving hotel transportation if needed (valid driver's license is required). Also responsible for assisting guests with luggage, guest interaction and assistance, providing directions, suggesting points of interest in Columbus, and assisting valet parking as needed. Previous hotel Front Office experience preferred. Must have weekday availability between 11pm and 7am, and be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week. Proof of student status is required for this position. | |
